Like all post SDR commanders, Kt has a rigorous physiotherapy schedule to fulfill. Here she is after a hard day at the office with physio Judith providing the praise and impetus and trickery that she needs to keep going. 🙂
She currently has 5 varying sessions a week then Dad on Saturdays. This session was an hour – a long time for 4 year olds to do anything let alone this stuff.
Well done little Ms Ford!
A session does not pass by without us saying silent ‘thank yous’ to all those who donated to help this happen. We are so grateful.
Livingroom tredmill – 20 min walk
10 good sit ups
4 press ups
15 slow bridges
10 leg raises
9 hours knee brace…
Too wet for trampoline.
Family, friends and colleagues have donated generously to Caitlin’s therapy fund. We’re very grateful as we can see the result that 4-5 sessions of physio a week brings. Increased stamina and balance – and confidence. We’d also like to thank people who donated but wanted to remain anonymous. Some of these were people who don’t even know us but work with friends or family. We are so touched by this kindness. Will be putting some videos & updates on here over next week to show you how much your donations have helped.
Thank you also to parents and pupils from Kinderland Day Nursery & St Peters Primary who donated to the fund.
